We all know this land is Kaurna land and we acknowledge and pay our respects to the Kaurna people
The traditional custodians of the land we gather on
We acknowledge the deep feelings of attachment and relationship that the Kaurna people have to country
We respect and value their past, present and ongoing connection to the land and cultural beliefs
Kaurna have sacred knowledge of this land and their knowledge is strong
It is still living today
Warradale derives from Warripari, a Kaurna word for windy place by the River.
